Vodacom sim cards out of stock

I bought a vodacom smart tab which should come with a vodacom sim card 500mb per month for 12months, from incredible connection carnival mall on the 27/08/2015. When i got home i noticed that there was no sim card and the tablet could not switch on. I went back to the shop the next day, they gave me another. When i asked for a sim card they said they do not have them so i will have to wait until they call me. I don't how long i must wait and waste my transport money going there. How can they advertise and not do what they promised.<br> When i phone no one seems to be willing to help me.
