Vodacom Agent Missing and Unreachable at Store

<p>I have just been to your store at Tygervalley Shopping Centre and we wanted to purchase one of the notebooks on a Vodacom data contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was informed that the Vodacom agent was on lunch and that she would return at 14:00. 15 minutes later, she has not returned and she is unreachable.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have lost my appetite for the purchase because I was waiting for over 30 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>One of the managers, Roderick, did try but he could not reach her.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is completely unacceptable and I don't know how your business can thrive when the people that are supposed to be on duty are taking extended lunch breaks on their own accord.</p>
