Very very very pathetic service!!!!!!!!

I gladly volunteered to buy electronic vouchers for a friend from Incredible Connection. I had bought them before and did not realise that I would be faced with horrible service. The vouchers usually take a few minutes to arrive, yet 4 days later, 5 phone calls later (with my airtime) NO VOUCHERS. I had to buy the vouchers from a different site yesterday to appease my friend. Both the "team members" and the team leaders keep promising to resolve the issue, and yet to date, it still has not been sorted. They also promise to come back to me, but that too is a lie. I wont be doing business with them again!!
