Very very very bad service!!!!!!!!

Bought a phone from Incredible Connection The Glen and it was a pre-used which i knew and chose to buy the phone for a discounted price. But the phone had a previously installed account setuo so i could not use the phone. I misplaced the rececipt vut since i paid which a bank card i was able to prove i bought it there.Noone seems to want to help. Cold shoulders even from the manager himself. Guys you can keep the phone and the money its all good... I just know i will never buy from any of their sbops,lesson learnt
