Very very bad service

I ordered a laptop online and was promised that it will be delivered within 10 working days, after realising that this promise will be kept i decided to cancel the order and was again promised that I will be refunded within 10 days. Yet again, I am still waiting for my money. whenever I I speak to thier consultant they always say they have escalated my query. I would never encourage anyone to do business with Incredible Connections ever. the number of times I have called and also tried thier online chat, the service is pathetic
