Very unhappy, my order is MIA

Hi,

I ordered a printer online. The order went through for payment and the money was deducted and that was the last I heard from IC. I went on the website to track the order but the order number doesn't exist. I called Customer Services on *** but nobody picks up. I emailed via the contact us page but nobody responds.

Incredible Connection please put a disclaimer on your website that you will not be able to process certain orders and save us all the pain. Other companies have done it and i respect them for that.

I ordered a printer and it is kind of urgent and now I have to go through this painful process to get what I ordered and paid for :-(
