Very short returns policy

The returns policy is only 7 days, not even 30 days. I'm a rookie when it comes to gaming consoles. I bought the PS Portal after watching a video that said it does not require ownership of a PS5 for it to work, just as long as one has a premium subscription. Ordered online. It got delivered. I thought I'd be starting my gaming journey. To my surprise, the PS Portal does not work in South Africa if you do not have a PS5.

I contacted Incredible Connections online 15 days later, and they told me 7 days had passed. I think it's a bit unfair that their returns policy is only 7 days. not even 30 days.
