Very poor service by Incredible connection online

I don't normally write reviews, but I am very disappointed and appalled by the service received from Incredible connection online.

I bought earphones two weeks ago, I saw that on Thursday 09 November it was out for delivery I waited the whole day nothing came, again on Friday then in the evening Friday I saw that courier (SkyNet) changed the status to admin POD, I was so shocked and frustrated because I didn't receive anything. I called the courier on Monday 13 November, apparently the driver was hijacked and parcel compromised, guess what? it's been over a week since then I haven't received any formal communication from either Incredible connection or Skynet, I have to be the one constantly calling them.

It's over two weeks now I am still waiting for a parcel that was supposed to take "2 to 5 days" to arrive.
