VERY Pathetic service....

I bought a R300 Playstation wallet voucher. Normally I get an email with the voucher code - this time nothing. Called their call centre, 15 min.'s after placing my order - my issue was escalated to their "technical team" as I was told they have a 'glitch' in their system. Was informed that I'll get the code before 17h00 (this is when their CC closes). By 16h45, I had to call again - was told that they have a backlog and will receive it soon. 24 hours later, I have still not received a SIMPLE code. Called the CC twice gain - each time they want to escalate the issue. the CC agents cannot even answer as to when the code will be available !!! I cancelled the order....
