Very Noisy Store, No telephone etiquette!

When I called the store for the first time, it was so noisy, I could here the workers in the back shouting to and from. I couldn't hear the woman who answered the phone, she didn't speak clearly, and didn't finish talking to me, I asked to be put through to technical team or some one that can help me with iMac issues, she didn't answer me and just put me through to a tech support that didn't answer 3 times! Each time I called she didn't have any telephone etiquette, please train your personnel better! There is such thing as thank you, I'll put you through, or sorry we wont be able to assist, and there is such thing as good manners, not just to hang up, you can say bey! or have a nice day! Really!
