Very Dissatisfied Customer

Incredible Connections in Welkom is the last store I’d ever recommend to anyone! I took in my laptop for repairs in January and till today the 08 August, I’m without a laptop. The store and its managers have been giving me the round around for months. All they have to offer is empty promises and lack of communication. I was informed by the area manager last month that since my laptop won’t be fixed and I’ll get a replacement in about 2 weeks. Two weeks has long since passed and no communication from them unless I call them or go to the store. Every single time, I’m told they’re waiting for the head office but it has been over 7 months. I would never ever recommend this store to anyone.
