Very disappointed, still waiting for delivery

Initially I thought wow there online shopping works great, but how disappointing I still have not received my order, emails get referred to other departments and then just no response, the tracking number they gave is not working and fedex can't locate the package, eventually they found it, was supposed to then be finally delivered yesterday, but without surprise they never came and still waiting. If you want to buy something from them rather walk into the shop, will not recommend this company
