Very disappointed

I was approved online. Went to Vaa Mall. Got the worst service from Thabo and a lady working there. She had a problem with the time i got there. Then with giving my docs she has an issue with everything. I told her i want something for my son. She said i must come back in n week or 2. I am sitoing infront of her. I just want to get this over and done with. But no. I dont know how Incredible Connections in Vaal Mall is even still open with such bad customer service. Like i should thank her for helping me. No to your staff incredible connection. There is shops out there that wants my money.
