Very costly disappointment

<p>In April 2016 i bought a very expensive PC from Incredible Connection, (Canal Walk, CapeTown). It is a Lenovo Ideacentre AIO 700 - price R29 999.00. At my home, it was installed completely by a professional IT man, and everything was working well. It was not more than a month before things started to go wrong. I am no expert on computers nor the required terminology, and the list of problems & failures is quite long. I phoned the store manager, who was friendly, but said i must bring it in for their technicians to look at. Unfortunately, i am an unemployed 60 year old with a bad back, so taking it in is not an easy task. Furthermore, i have become quite depressed & disillusioned by this very costly purchase, and have lost the will to go through all th inconvenience. And, i use my computer for both writing a book, and for relaxation as i seldom leave the house. I have never bought a PC from Incredible Connection before - and been advised by friends not to do so - and, i have never had problems with a PC before. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and deep disappointment. I doubt that i will feel confident enough to shophere again.</p>
