Very bad service, I am disappointed.

Very bad experience, I bought an i3 laptop and after a month the battery was dead, I took it in to their store in Waterfront and they refused to refund me and instead told me they will book it in. This was on the 24th of February, and I haven't heard anything from them ever since. I have been calling and calling and everyone is telling me a different story.
