Very bad service from Incredible connection Rustenburg

Bought wifi router. No network sim worked. Went back to store in Rustenburg multiple times. They refuse to refund. Keeps giving me a sim for another network. Take it back again and again. Very rude staff at Waterfall mall in rustenburg. No customer service.
