Very bad service

I placed an order on the 3rd of July 2023. I then received a notification from the company updating me on my order status and it said it was going to be delivered on the 5th of July 2023 and I waited until the 6th of July 2023 where I then decided to log a complaint and the agent that was assisting me was very rude and didn’t pay attention to my issue and left me hanging online. I was on the chat to an agent option.

Today, the 7th of July 2023 the order was delivered at 11:21 and when I was unwrapping it I noticed a few defects. 2 panels are torn and the drawer handle is missing - Pictures attached.
