Very bad service

Sandton mall shop. Got to the store for a cellphone upgrade had to sit for 1:30 minutes under a very cold air conditioner. The lady who was supposed to assist us has a very horrible attitude. We kept on going to her to check she told us to sit down. Staff members told us that their hands are tight and they can't do anything
