very bad customer service

So frustrated with these folks at Incredible Connection Tygervalley. have taken my cellphone in for repairs, was told it will take 2-3 weeks, it is going for more than 4weeks now and have to call after them all the time for an update. customer service so bad, i am always told they will get back to me in that same day but then i have to call them again the next day because no one ever gets back to me. they are always blaming the supplier for taking long but wont do anything further than that. need my phone urgently for business. hope to be done with them, will never buy another product there, because when it comes to warranty its an endless struggle!
