Vaal Mall staff offer the worst service

If I could I would rate Incredible Connection Vaal Mall a half star , the service there is terrible I was charged a 15% off a smart tv box that I returned just because I was honest and told them that the person I had bought it for didn’t want it . The consultant asked if there’s anything wrong with it I told him no and that the person just opened it and said they didn’t want it , then the consultant was like I’m going to charge you 15% for a broken seal since there’s nothing wrong with the product . So what I want to understand is that Incredible Connection doesn’t offer full refunds on non faulty items? I mean the I know they charge up to 15% handling fee , but me being charged a straight 15% all because of the fact that I’m returning an item that had a broken seal and was unused
