VAAL MALL INCREDIBLE CONNECTIONS IS

Incredible connections manager in Vaal Mall is a rude person who lies and *****s from his customers. He makes me leave my businesses after saying 1 thing then refusing my refund with all kinds of stories then he screams and shouts and shake while he makes it a point that he will be spoteful and not refund my money which i paid and was taken from my account immediately but when it came to my refund they refuse me after a mere 3 days. How is this even possible.
