Utter useless and no feedback

I've placed an online order on the 9th of June 2023.

14 days later still no delivery even after receiving an sms on Tuesday 20th of June 2022ref #*** still no feedback with regards to whether delivery will take place.

Can you kindly inform me whether I would receive the item that I ordered or are you not willing to assist after you already received payment for the item?
