Useless, slow and poor communication..

Total lack of communication and slow service, it's like they are doing you a favor or something like that... I Ordered an SSD and an enclosure... When the package arrived I found only the enclosure inside with a hand scribbled text saying "no stock, to be refunded".... Can't use the enclosure without the SSD.. total waste of my time and money..
