Useless service if any

I was given a gift voucher, there is no amount on it. I contacted online support via their chat, could not tell me the value of the voucher.

E-mailed them twice, no response, went to the store at Hemingways, sore the manager, sat there for half an hour, still can’t tell me how much it is worth!!!

I couldn’t even get cash to exit the parking.

What a mission when you don’t carry cash and pay by card!!!

What a crazy situation that they don’t want your business.

Close to theft because they took money from someone and now refuse to honor their commitment.
