Useless service at Incredible Connection

I had a terrible experience at Incredible Connection during their last sale (1 - 4 October), but decided to let it go. However, the terrible (or lack of response) has forced me to write a review. Initially, at the sale, they had no stock at all (and this was on the first day of the sale), and no one I spoke to even knew the item I wanted was on sale. The staff were slow, unorganised and ***********. Their lack of management even resulted in physical danger to customers when they allowed a mini-stampede to ensue! Eventually, us customers left our details and the items we wanted, with the promise of a response. A few days later I received a ridiculously *********** sms
