Useless Service and theives

DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!! Incredible Connection should be called Incredibly USELESS! It has been 4 days since the last reply, per below. and STILL NO REFUND or communication. Monday I shall be lodging legal action against Incredible Connection for THEFT! Countless of promises to escalate and resolve this, prior to the last email 4 days ago. Yet all lies. Original Order date = 14th July 2025 Cancelled Date = 14th July 2025 Refunded Date = NONE!
