Useless online services

Very disappointing. Ordered a phone online for delivery. The next day the phone were delivered...that is where the good service ended. I emailed them tried to make contact with them but NO ONE is getting back to me. Tried the online chatting...still no service. I need to know about my guarantee on the phone and need help because the phone does not pick up any network...meaning I cant work from home making me loose money. I will never recommend this useless company to anyone. They take your money with a smile but when they need to assist you further...they do not care. Disgusting!
