Useless online service

I purchased an online special yesterday off the website and the payment was made immediately. When I did the order I chose to have the product delivered. One of my colleagues who also placed and order chose to collect and started running into supply problems straight away.<br> <br> I decided that I would try and contact the online support to find out if I could go and collect mine to ensure there was no supply issues as I had found out that there was stock available at a certain store. The online support shows that the hours are from 8-5 on a Friday and I have been trying to contact them since 8 am. it is now 11 am and I have still not been able to make contact, either via the live chat function (joke) or the call center which just says the transfer cannot be completed and drops the call.<br> <br> Absolutely useless service!!!!!<br> <br>
