Useless Incredible connection

Hi

I ordered my iPhone 11 Pro Max phone cover. It’s been two weeks now I understand because it was due to lock down. Yesterday I got an email from Incredible connection that my order has been reserved and they will notify me when it’s with their Courier which was supposed to be RTT Logistics. Today I got a call from different courier company saying they are at the gate and that they have more deliveries to make I should be quickly. I went to the gate and only found that there’s no delivery guy I tried to call him back as he was using the land line and no luck. Tried incredible connection and still no luck. Now it looks like the day will pass without me receiving my parcel. I’m so disgusted with their service and I don’t recommend anyone to order online because you will be very disappointed. Useless company
