Useless Customer Support

Hi, I ordered an Iwatch series 5 via Incredible connection online, they were very quickly on the order and got my item the next day. Except they send me the wrong item not the one I ordered. I have log a complain and is struggling to get any feedback on resolving the problem, every time I call somebody will get back to me but never happens, then I have to call again with the SAME reply.
