useless customer service

i would give no stars if that was an option. so 2 weeks ago my house got broken into and my tv and cell phones were ******. so Saturday the 23 of may of i went to the Kollenade mall in Pretoria to get a new tv. first shop i walked into was incredible connection as i noticed the tvs was not barricaded under lock down regulations. happy days. i'm not fussy and quickly found one in my price range i was happy with. the clerk informed me they only allowed to sell it online and that if i wish to buy it i can go online and pay and collect it in the back of the shop. dodgee. anyways i agreed and he offered to help me. this is where it all went downhill. He couldn't find it listed on their website. he searched probably for 30mins, till i had enough and asked for the manager. after what seemed like ages this lady appeared, i would be forgiven for thinking she was a cleaner thats how poorly she was dressed. her shirt was creased and not tucked in and she just looked like we woke her up from her nap. anyways i explained to her the problem and she could not help at all i told her i'm buying cash, and asked if she as the manager couldn't do anything to assist. she was so useless that your store might be better without a manger. she didn't even try. just said come back on monday. i find this frustrating to say the least. if you cant walk in to buy a tv then barricade them off. and make sure your products are listed on your website before informing a customer he can buy it online and then wasting his time.

believe me when i say i will never buy something from your store ever again. i drove to atturbary hifi corp where i bought the same tv at a better price in 15mins. (also online)the manager is well educated, presentable and knows his stuff to keep a paying client happy.
