Useless customer service!!!!

Such disgusting service I have received drm both your Fairways and Mall of Africa branches!!!!! How do you have one person doing apications for every client in the shop???? I had to leave the Fourways branch and hoped to get assistance at your MOA branch only to get there and its the same thing, only one person assisting with phone contracts and credit applications for the whole store!!! So many employees walking around the store but only one person is authorized to assist!!! What nonsense is that???? Your customer service is poor and if there was Ann option to give you a minus 1 start I would!!!! DO BETTER SIES!!!!
