pity the ratings do not have a minus number!!! I wish for the CEO of Incredible Connection to call me, so that I can explain to him how useless he staff are!!! Do not get your hopes up when buying online and cancel an order, because Incredible Connection could not supply the items, to get you money back. I am of the opinion that this the the way Incredible Connection keeps their cash flow going - by not refunding people their money.
