USELESS AND PATHETIC. *****ING CUSTOMER TIME AND MONEY

FUMING!!! This company is so pathetic its actually hilarious. Ordered Online (Monitor and HDMI cable). Made payment. No invoice received. Store manager phones and claims they are out of stock - he wants to send me a different monitor. I HAD to ask to send specs of the one he wants to send. settled on a compromise. Delivery stipulated 2-5 working days . Day 7 no delivery after I received an SMS 2 days prior that my delivery will happen on that day. Phoned and given a delivery time. Still no delivery. Phoned again - told me a different time. Phoned back an hour later. Delivery said to happen within 30 mins. Delivery happens in one hour. ONLY HDMI cable in parcel!!! note says clearly monitor and HDMI cable. Status of the other packages in courier truck is in real brow-rising condition: I actually do not want them to deliver my monitor if they are so careless with it. Either someone from Incredible Connection hand delivers my goods to me or I expect a full refund plus extra for admin charges and bank fees, on top of an undisclosed amount for wasting my work time and costing my business money.
