Useless

I am very disappointed AND disgusted in Incredible Connection and their "service" or rather the lack of it. 2 weeks back we ordered a new remote online as it was out of stock at the George branch. A week later an incomplete package arrived. We took it back. They ordered us a new one. It should have been here Monday already. We called and called today and was put on hold for 10 min. I stay 10 km from Incredible Connection so I cannot just drive for nonsense. Then I complained on Fb and got blocked. Same with Instagram. So now I will proceed to Twitter and Hello Peter. I am being treated as if Im in the wrong. I am a paying customer. I paid for something that I never got. You cannot do your job right. Very pathetic to say the least and I will spread the word. I will never support you again. Regards.
