USELESS

This has been the worst experience, in the way that only a brick and mortar business could achieve! I spent an hour making a credit application at this store earlier in the week, which I was told would have a 2 day turnaround time. Day 2 was yesterday and when I called the guy who did the application was on a day off and apparently he's the only person who has access at the store. I've rang the store 13 times today, mostly it isn't answered and when it is, it's the stupid security lady or *********** short sales guy. They put you through the managers office, but the phone doesn't get answered. This brand isn't doing well. The business has been downscaling and closing stores. THIS IS WHY! THEY WILL NEVER EVER DO BETTER.
