USED PRODUCT SOLD AS NEW ONLINE

Pathetic Service received. A scratched and used tablet was delivered to me which I bought NEW online. The package was sealed in a box and when opening it the actual package was opened. Contacted the customer care and was told it takes 24 hours for someone to get back to me to handle the complaint which didn't happen. Emailed various persons and still no one got back to me and I am now stuck with a scratched, used tablet. This is DISGUSTING service to say the least and would not recommend anyone to buy from them
