Use another company

Bought items online for delivery. 2 weeks later its out on delivery to my company address which close at 5pm. 5pm the guy calls and says he is around the corner. So we wait, 20mins I call and ge says he is on the highway, sounded drunk. The next day I call incredible connection on all numbers....no answers from 8am to 3pm. No replies to email. No goods. Pathetic. Last time I buy from here
