Upset Ex worker of JD group

Im totaly disappointed in Incredible connections service really and Hi Finance.I app**** for credit and was approved for R15000.When i went to store to get the credit they told me its decline.The lady at Ho Finance assisted me and told me she will try her best to assist me and give me a call back and she never did.Its a week now and stil waiting for someone from JD group to call me.Pathetic service and whats so weird is i worked for Incredible Connection and Hifinance 2012.Their standards and customer service has disappointingly dropped.
