UPS Returned for Fix. But Till Today, no communication from Incredible Connections

I bought a Volkano UPS Incredible Connection Cradlestone Mall. I Brought in back on Thursday last week because it is faulty. It doesn't supply power anymore. There have not phoned me till today. When I phoned in today, I am told that head-office requires POP. I have communicate with the lady by the name Megan, I told her, I don't have a slip anymore. And what they can do, is find the transaction in their system then they can validate it against my card details. That's how every shop does it. She insisted on my bank statement. I told her that is very private. It has been 2 weeks now.

The lady in the store told me that I won't get help, despite whatever channel I go through.
