unwilling to refund

i bought two kids click tablet and and the problem was that in order to access the games and other applications to to connect to the wifi , that was not explained to me.so i decide to return both as the kis are in the eastern cape, and there is no access to wifi. i was only allowed to return one tablet as it has not pass the 10 day period of which i was not told about during my time of purchase.am now stuck with a tablet that is not working, i feel i have been ******
