Unwilling to exchange product that does not work as expected.

I purchased a printer a while ago. I wrote Incredeable connections and asked for assistance as it would not print in colour. They said I must take it in, but between running a business and writing exams I was unable to go to the shop. I then had an array of other issues with the printer and when I wanted to return it they refused as they say they only exchange products in a 14 day window.
