Unsatisfied delivery turnaround time

I'm really disappointed in the manner which Incredible connection conducts business, firstly their ordering method or online purchase procedures are quick but getting the package delivered is another mission nd a half, my order was confirmed on the 12th of December 2024 nd they promised it would be delivered 3 - 5 working day but till today no package has been delivered and their customer care number is even worse Khumo pilusa is the agent that assisted me but he was as clueless as me the frustrated customer. I honestly would never recommend anyone to purchase anything online rather go straight to their physical store and get ur money's worth
