Unsatisfied customer

On the 31 of August 2019I bought a sansui tv 65 in (165) smart UHD SledS65HD at incredible connection highveld mall. They gave me a TV with a broken screen. I sent is back the following day. Then the gave me a faulty TV. It was so mulfunctioning such that once it is off, it will switch on after 36 hours which is far higher than the sleep mode. I contacted them and the game instructions to follow and it never worked. It also had a tapping sound on it. I send it back and they send it for repairs. It was suppose to take 3 weeks, but it took 5 weeks. On the say I received it they told me they changed a motherboard. When they test before collection it was not switching on. They had to play around with different plugs to get it to switch on. I took it to the house. The sound was still there and it switched off by itself and when we switch on it dit not work. I send it back to the shop and request for a refund. They told me it had to go for testing in witbank. I kept on contacting them and sometimes not find anyone to help me. I went to the shop many times. On Saturday the 24rd I personally went to the shop. They asked if I never received a call. They told me they concluded that they will refund me. I was told they will send the documents to the head office on Monday. Monday they told me I had to fill some more documents for the refund. I requested to knockoff early from work and drive for and hour to ensure that everything is submitted so that I could receive my money before Friday. When I buy TV it was on special. In order to afford similar TV black friday would have been a great opportunity for me to buy a TV. Up to today I have not received my money and they telling me to wait for 10 days. It has been 3 months chasing the same thing. The trauma of transporting a TV back and forth while you being extra carefully not to break it. My kids have to stay for such a long time without whiles a TV it's been paid for. I have seen a another TV so I have to make depts with interest whiles incredible connection is holding my money.
