Unsatisfied customer

The worst expensive mistake I made was purchasing from this place. I bought a Play Station Slim 5 on 20 June 2024, not even a week later it had defect and was sent to the store for repairs. The inhouse technician said that he will need to send it to the manufacturer for repairs. After many calls to get a report, i was told that it was fixed and will be delivered back to the store. On the day of delivery i was informed that the PS5 was not fixed, instead i received a quote for R6000.00 half of what i paid for it.
