Unsatisfied client

I am very unhappy with the store i Rustenburg.My son bought a aircon and 2 aircoolers .He received the aircon but the air coolers is apperently out of stock.We have made varios calls to the store and e verytime the same answer Out of stock.Why are they adverising stock if they have no stock.Poor service for such a big company
