Unsatisfied

I have purchase online by their warehouse, struggle to get responds from them for the last 2 en half months for a tax invoice. Purchase amount was over R6000 and can not place item on insurance, they need tax invoice as proof.... I have phoned many times, I left many messages for them, I use the online 'contact us' sheet with my request, I phoned our closes-ed branch for assistance, even went there, 40km away from us, but no help. I will never refer anyone to purchase online from them.
