Unresolved Voucher Issue

I placed an order for a 3,500 Minecoins voucher online on Sunday, 1 June. The payment was successfully processed on my side. Typically, the digital voucher number is delivered immediately after purchase. However, on this occasion, I received an email stating there was a technical issue on your end and that no further action was required from me.

Since Monday, I’ve been following up on this matter, but the only response I’ve received is that the relevant department is working on it. I was promised feedback by Tuesday, 3 June, but it is now Wednesday, 4 June, and I have still not received any update.

There is currently no way for me to escalate this query from my side, and I find the delay and lack of communication unacceptable. This voucher was intended as a gift, and it should have been resolved by now.

To further highlight the inconsistency, I placed another order using the same method, and that voucher was delivered instantly.
