Unreliable

I bought a laptop online from incredible connection on the 12 of December 2021(close to 3 months ago) and still I haven't gotten it. Everytine I call they tell me that the matter is being escalated to the relevant parties. I've been calling and calling but instead of my issue being resolved I have been turned from pillar to post. Worst customer service I've received in my life. They are unreliable, ************* and ***********. They don't care about their customers.
