Unprofessional treatment from branch manager

Thursday 11 June 2015, I walked into incredible connection Wonderboom wanting to buy (15)hp laptops i7 and (20)hp desktops i5.I was attended to by Gugulethu, who referred me to her manager Matrix Kutama for further assistance. Matrix referred me to Freddy who informed me that the laptops are out of stock and I should go to a branch in Menlyn.I then asked him to call the branch so that I don't drive for nothing, in case they also do not have stock.After the call he told me that Menlyn branch also do not have stock but he informed me that he can call their suppliers.Matrix then interfered and said to me\show me money first
